Bird lovers This is one of Britain’s great centres for bird lovers. Combinations of salt and fresh water marshes provide a unique environment for visiting species. Binoculars are worth carrying on any part of the coast, as visiting birds change with the seasons. There are particularly good facilities at Titchwell (RSPB) and Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust).

North Sea Seals Gray seals and common seals abound in the waters just off the coast and regularly haul up on the beach at Blakeney Point. Boat trips from Blakeney and Morston provide a wonderful opportunity to get close to the animals without threatening or disturbing them.
